  各家银行信用卡中心与旅游网站携手，纷纷推出暑期优惠旅游项目，从食、宿、行和购物等方面不断刷新优惠幅度。记者查询了部分银行信用卡中心的优惠游项目提供给读者，并围绕刷卡消费注意事项采访了理财师。招行：主打美国游
美国已经成为了国内消费者旅游消费的热门之地。据美国联邦商务部统计， 2010年中国赴美的人数约为100万人工行信用卡办理，中国游客每人平均在美国花费达7200美元，已经位居国际访客的第一位。招商银行的消费数据显示，美国是招行信用卡境外交易的第二大份额市场，仅次于香港。为迎合这一趋势，招商银行与梅西百货、DFS、奥特莱斯等各大商户合作，近日推出 “非常美国5重礼遇”活动，不仅让信用卡持卡人获得更多折扣、现金返还实惠，还将分享到各类专属服务，真正体验境外消费、境内感受的便利。
浦发：着眼山水游
如果你不想出境，只想领略国内旖旎风光，那么浦发银行信用卡中心推出的上航假期三亚自驾游项目。即日起到10月底，浦发信用卡持卡人致电上航指定假期销售热线 021－52359305报名参加 “三亚自驾行”活动，就可享受 2人同行每单减1000元的优惠。如果你只想在上海周边玩玩，那么浦发银行推出的 “半价游上海山水画”项目不失为一个选择。即日起至9月25日，持浦发上海旅游卡在上海旅游集散中心和上海大众国际旅行社，购买 “上海山水画一日游”指定线路，可享受半价优惠。同一产品每卡限购5张上海山水画线路主要有：体验珠溪花葵香东方绿舟朱家角一日游、体验江南 “红楼”朱家角大观园一日游、体验茸城花之香辰山植物园一日游等15条线路。旅游时段集中在双休日。


建行：玩转香港行


    建设银行在暑假开辟专享香港游线路。即日起至11月30日，建行龙卡信用卡持卡人报名参加专享香港游线路，每单可减免费用800元，其他龙卡信用卡可享每单减免费用 600元，限前12000单，先到先得，额满即止。

    建行变形金刚信用卡的持卡人，今年暑假则可以选择去夏威夷度假。即日起至9月30日，在夏威夷州内JCB商户刷变形金刚信用卡，累计消费满200美元即可参加1次抽奖，即使没有中奖的顾客也可以获得参与奖。每周六可凭变形金刚信用卡免费乘坐夏威夷“WaikikiTrolley复古电车”。


民生：海外奢华游


    民生银行向白金、钻石和无限卡持卡人推出了新加坡特惠旅游产品，即日起至明年4月30日，持卡人在新加坡圣淘沙名胜世界可享酒店住宿五折起优惠，同时还有购物优惠。在莱佛士医院进行健康医疗体检，可享九折优惠。如果想在新加坡打高尔夫球，刷民生信用卡预订减免费用500元－2000元。

    民生银行还开发了法国定制深度奢华酒庄8日游项目， 8月12日出团，持卡人可领略全球顶级酒庄罗曼尼康帝及五大名庄拉菲、玛歌、木桐酒庄等的魅力，拜访香槟生产地Pommery，参加葡萄酒狂欢活动，全程有专业品酒师陪同品鉴。    出国旅游时在境外尽量刷信用卡消费，既避免携带现金，也省去了使用外国货币的麻烦。但境外刷卡和国内还是有区别的，因此：

    一要盯牢 “银联”标志。银联卡国际受理网络已经遍布五大洲，在境外消费，尽量选择接受银联卡的商户，这样可以省去货币转换的手续费信用卡办理。

    在刷卡时如何办理信用卡，消费者一定要提醒商户选对适合的交易线路，像日本等地习惯使用本国的刷卡通路，所以如果在日本、欧洲等非美元国家，要另外挑选合适的交易线路，以免因无法用银联结算而改用美元结算产生的交叉汇率，无形中提高了交易成本。

    另外，中国银联与其他国际卡组织不同，在进行货币转换时不收取货币转换费即服务费，只是按规定汇率进行货币转换，省去了用美元结算成当地货币的转换费。国际货币组织的做法是先将持卡人消费的当地货币金额兑换成美元，再加上1.5%左右服务费，然后按这两项的总额兑换成人民币。因此，中国居民使用国际双币卡进行境外消费，会产生额外的费用。
